Terms & Conditions

To rent a scooter, you must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license presented at time of rental along with a Visa, MasterCard or Amex credit card to make an imprint and up to a $300 pre-authorization for deposit purposes only in case of damages or theft.

There is no insurance on rental equipment in the state of Florida and liability falls strictly on the renter for theft, damages or injury to himself or others.

By law, passengers under the age of 16 must wear a helmet on bicycles and scooters and must be positioned behind the driver on scooters and able to reach the foot pegs.

Bicycle rentals require a credit card imprint for the above mentioned purposes, but not an authorization. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
